IN-SHOP RETURN POLICY
If it’s not love at first sight, MOSCOT will gladly accept returns as follows:
We accept returns of MOSCOT Frames, MOSCOT Clip-ons and MOSCOT Sunglasses within 10 days of your dispense. The item(s) must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, and free of damage. All original packaging must be intact (chamois, case, and warranty card).
Please note: We can only accept returns on products that were purchased at one of our six U.S. MOSCOT Shops. If you’ve made a purchase at one of our international MOSCOT Shops please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 1-866-667-2687.
Due to the customized nature of prescription lenses, Custom Made Tints™, reader lenses, non-prescription digital relief lenses, and transitions lenses are not refundable and are considered final sale. Contact lenses and any item marked final sale are also not eligible for return.
What if my prescription has been updated?
No worries! If your prescription has changed within 30 days of receiving your glasses, MOSCOT will remake your lenses with the new prescription! This is a one time service with a $30 remake fee. Please note your original lenses will need to be returned to MOSCOT.
How do I return my order?
Please bring the items you wish to return along with your receipt to any U.S. MOSCOT Shop. For refunds, the return value is determined by the purchased retail price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method or MOSCOT Shop Credit will be offered. If you made your purchase in cash, MOSCOT Shop Credit will be issued.
Thanks for accepting my return! But why haven’t I received my refund yet?
It may take up to 10 business days for your return to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time.
